I used to go to SmartFit gym, but I switched to another gym called BodyTech. The reason for this change was that SmartFit became incredibly crowded. Just a couple of years ago, it wasn't like this at all. According to the manager, there are now over 5,000 people at this particular SmartFit location. It's challenging to find an available machine or free weights, as the place is packed with people.

SmartFit has been very successful in marketing and attracting new clients, but this has led to their gyms becoming swamped. They are building new locations, but you should be cautious about where you sign up. I wouldn't recommend signing up for a year; instead, go for a month-to-month membership. I used to be a member of SmartFit in various locations across South and Central America, as well as the Caribbean, but now I'm at BodyTech. So, think twice before jumping on the SmartFit bandwagon.
